ThompsonMPOutput: New microphysics diagnostic output & restart fix for MYJ surface scheme.

Added about a half-dozen microphysics diagnostics to the Thompson scheme based on MC3E intercomparison code.

Also fixed restarts for U10E, V10E, and NOAHRES for the MYJ surface scheme.
