Actually making the fixes from the prior commit (forgot to add files after renaming scalar map file last time)
1) Fixed spelling of scalar (had to rename plot_map_scaler.pynb)
2) Fixed date label in plot_snd.ipynb
3) Adjusted heading wrap in plot_map_vector.pynb.
